An avid cook, eater and traveler, I routinely organize trips with friends and family in nearby vacation destinations. I’m lucky to have done this many times – from bachelorette parties in the mountains to weeklong birthday beach trips – and have gained a wealth of knowledge on how to plan and host these events.
I attended the Natural Gourmet Cooking School and previously worked as a cook for restaurants, hotels and farms in New York and Pennsylvania. Today I take advantage of a liberal telecommuting policy to host and cook for guests on a regular basis.
